Parks & Recreation Master Plan
Throughout 2022 the Marshall Parks Board gathered community feedback to enable the creation of the following Master Plan. This Master Plan is a system-wide plan for the Parks and Recreation Board and department staff that addresses key factors identified for the parks system to successfully meet the needs and desires of the community.
