City Council meetings are held at 6:00 PM on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month.
Meetings are held in the Council Chambers located in City Hall at 214 N. Lafayette Avenue. The public is invited to attend and meetings are broadcast live on the City of Marshall’s YouTube Channel.

Public Notice: MS4 Permit Renewal Application
The City of Marshall will be submitting an application no later than April 1, 2026, to seek coverage under Missouri Department of Natural Resources General Permit MOR04C – the comprehensive permit for municipal separate storm sewer systems. This will be an extension of the City’s existing stormwater quality program. A public meeting to review the proposed permit application and an outline of the proposed Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) will be held as part of the City Council meeting on February 17, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. The draft general permit and the City’s renewal application are posted on the City website and available for review at City Hall.
