The City of Marshall has launched Citizen Portal, providing our customers with the ability to apply for certain permits from anywhere they have internet access. Citizen Portal allows customers to apply for permits, request inspections, submit complaints, and check the status of a request all from their computer or phone. Customers will need to register online before being able to apply for permits through the portal.
